As part of a team of Trading Executives and reporting to the Country Manager, the Trading Executive is responsible for site optimization, growth strategy and brand identity, working cross functionally across the business to deliver continued growth in sales and profit.
Responsibilities:
- Working with the Marketing Team to plan, build and execute the campaign calendar.
- Driving continuous site improvements to maximise conversion and AOV and reduce bounce rate on site and reduce barriers to buying online.
- Ensuring all key trading moments are well planned and executed, clearly phased targets by day, site, and channel that have been collaboratively produced with central functions and a clear awareness of any activity from last year has been considered.
- Collaborating with brand teams to plan and ensure execution of brand strategies.
- Proactively planning ahead to ensure brand promotions and activations are given appropriate visibility across site and marketing channels.
- Close working relationship with ECRM team to ensure that site campaigns and key promotions are displayed appropriately in line with site merchandising.
- Work cross functionally across channels to understand which brands and discount levels are being pushed across all channels.
- Regular reporting of site’s overall performance in terms of KPIs: Revenue, GP, Conversion and Average Order Value.
- Monitor KPI performance across the site.
- Using analytics and our in-house reporting platform to gain a strong understanding of the customer journey to optimise sales, measure performance & define strategy.
- Share insights on customer behaviour and trends across beauty functions to drive best practice behaviour and learning.
