The successful candidate for the Distributor Manager – Central Zone – Small Store role will bring a high energy, entrepreneurial mindset to identify and ensure flawless execution of business plans and programs. This role is vital to the growth of our warehouse brands in the Central Zone, but you will also play a huge part in our bottler delivered brands through field sales responsibility as well as our dispensed portfolio.

- Lead the broker relationship for assigned distributors & retailers as well as the broker’s retail team within the Central Zone.
- Manage the business relationship with the assigned “warehouse route to market” distributor & retail partners that do not have broker coverage.
- Field sales ops for assigned retailers – inclusive of our bottler delivered brands and dispensed portfolio.
A Day in the Life:
- Develop and maintain collaborative business relationships with category managers, distributors, broker, and other key stakeholders.
- Responsibility for achieving our business plan with retailers & distributors that do not have broker coverage.
- Work closely with assigned account executives to improve activation of our bottler delivered brands and dispensed portfolio.
- Lead, develop & negotiate annual agreements with assigned distributors & retailers that maximizes our ROI and delivers the business plan.
- Analyze current agreements and renegotiate as necessary.
- Forecasting and achieving that forecast within the assigned portfolio.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Minimum Required: Bachelor’s Degree in business or related background
- 3+ years of experience
- Proficiency in influencing & leading others.
- Proven ability to manage needs and concerns of multiple stakeholders across various business systems.
- Fact based selling background in CPG that includes utilizing syndicated data
- Annual account planning
- Contract negotiation

- Experience in distributor and broker management
