What You’ll Do for Us
- Lead the network team in a stepped-up effort to manage Burger King and Subway QSR accounts in India
- The role is critical to bring the Coke and Meals (including Coke Zero) company strategy to life in Food Service ecosystems – Leads the development and implementation of specific incidence & frequency driving programs.
- A best in class execution with these customers to help build industry reputation for Coca-Cola in Food services.
- Subway in India (by count) is the #2 International QSR. Expected to grow from 750 to 1,700 outlets over 5 years
- BK India is #4 Internationa QSR retailer with 400 stores, ramping up to 900 over 5 years.
- The role has added complexity of a custom RTM (3PL logistics management for both partners) and a multi franchise Suwbay structure (250 franchisees operating ~550 stores) that would require high degrees of alignment
- Expectation of the role is to draw a Strategic roadmap of collaboration and bringing them to life – through networked partnerships with Marketing, Supply Chain and Finance
- Work closely with marketing to design and implement a toolkit (POS visibility, media, bespoke marketing programs) to drive heightened incidence with the partners
- Work with TISC to drive innovation as a competitive advantage and ensure high service levels
- Be the single point of contact leading monthly, quarterly and T2T reviews with customer to review progress on identified priorities
- Analyze large data sets to distill actionable insights from data and convey findings to internal and external stakeholders
- Builds an understanding of the channel and customer business model, needs and expectations and assess our opportunity to connect with these for un-parallel value creation
- Execute the investment plan against identified strategic imperatives with financial analysis, breakeven and ROI estimations.
- Collaborates and drives buy-in with the bottling team on the strategic imperatives and required investment plans, with aligned milestones and KPIs, as well as investment sharing arrangements.
- Leads key channel specific shopper/customer insight development to build a strong insights and analytics base for channel planning and execution
Qualification & Requirements
- Master’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field required is preferred
- 12+ Years of experience with 5+ years of experience in marketing, Key Account Management
- Prior QSR or QSR account management experience will be a strong advantage
- Experience in a cross-functional or highly matrixed organization
- Experience having owned/shaped/led growth and marketing strategy
- Marketing expertise in market & customer insights, segmentation, product commercialization
- Ability to motivate and work well with diverse, global, and cross functional teams.
- Candidate must have a proven track record of delivering results through leadership and growth behaviors and strategy building experience.
