The Director will be able to:
- Develop, articulate and implement multi-year strategic and annual business plans for our Schweppes TM range of products and our broader adult sparkling portfolio – to help deliver our alcohol and adult sparkling business ambition.
- Lead development of annual and multi-year brand growth strategies and business plans for Schweppes to deliver against overall brand vision, business objectives and financial targets.
- Partner with internal (e.g. R&D, Supply Chain, Commercial, Clusters) and external stakeholders (e.g. bottlers and other suppliers) to develop products, packaging and programs to meet consumer needs, deliver against brand strategies and drive business objectives
Experience required:
- Strong marketing and leadership experience (10+ years)
- Experience working in cross-functional and cross-geographical teams
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience is required
- Experience working with external partners (bottlers and customers) is preferred
