We are looking for a dynamic individual to play an important role in building our digital organization of the future as part of our North American O2O (Offline to Online) organization. As the Wabi & New Ventures Business Operations Manager, you will support our continued digital transformation by collaborating across a broad set of stakeholders to create a customer-centric, world class eB2B experience. You should have the capability to lead change and an entrepreneurial mindset that enjoys the challenge of building something new. This role offers a unique opportunity for the right individual to leverage customer management and operations / project management experience to fuel acceleration of our eB2B growth. Minimum of 3+ years of expertise in selling and business development required, with experience working in Digital and eCommerce a strong plus.
How you will make an impact:
- Support Bottler, Wholesaler, and Distributor eB2B operations to define and implement operations and processes that will unlock rapid growth
- Coordinate and share operational learnings with O2O leadership to regularly inform the overall business and operations strategy
- Partner with local market operations support to monitor performance and to extract data-driven insights that support recommendations on how to more effectively scale the business
- Understand and influence OUs and bottlers on O2O B2B direction, strategy, and execution best practices
- Create operational playbooks and facilitate the sharing of best practices with other bottlers and OUs
- Work closely with Central and OU B2B teams to ensure global priorities are executed
- Interact with Senior levels within the Bottler system: trainings, best practices, and tracking (with OU)
- Support business plans based on knowledge/expertise/global insights to meet or exceed our O2O strategy objectives
- Leverage project management skills to create actionable plans and monitor results
EDUCATION
Required
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field required, Master’s degree preferred
EXPERIENCE
Required
- 3-5 years in relevant consumer goods industry or customer business development
- Demonstrate an interest and skillset suited to eCommerce and digital
- Experience in Project management
- Minimum of 2 years in sales/marketing or operational experience with major accounts
- Willingness to travel and support in-market operations
- Demonstrate critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Have strong written and verbal communication skills
- Operations management experience a strong plus
Preferred
- Knowledge of TCCC, beverage industry, competition, and customers
- Have experience leading change and developing organizations
