We have an exciting opportunity for the role of DGM Branding Operations at our Head Office – Gurugram, who will be responsible for leading Strategy & Execution around Branding (ATL) and Trade Marketing (BTL) for Dairy products in FMCG segment. The incumbent will be liaising with all external agencies, media partners & other internal/external stakeholders for launching ATL marketing campaigns as well as BTL activations around end to end marketiJob in Varun Beverages for DGM Branding Operations ng operations for PAN India.

Territory/ Scope: PAN India
Roles & Responsibilities:
Driving Sales Volume
Lead country level initiatives to achieve the organizational goal on visibility of different lead brands
Branding & Visibility Activities
Planning region-wise execution of all signage drives related to either visibility or promotion in the market place
Strategizing visibility initiatives across sales channel. Visibility & trade Promotion in stipulated allocation and criteria.
Marketing Budget Allocation and Management
Plan & Manage marketing budgets within the approved parameters to assist in delivery of company’s targets
Keep a track on head / subheads wise spend v/s budgets for the cluster.
Weekly review of FMA budget utilization at Unit Level
Key Accounts Tie Ups
Identify brand imagery and HVO accounts in the region
Negotiate volume targets and A&M payout to convert them into our exclusive accounts
Effectively utilize the budget allotted to drive all brands in HVO/ imagery accounts
Market Mapping
Competition mapping of visibility, share, and new product launches
- Total industry outlets
- Tracking Competition Initiatives/Activations/New Launches
- Tracking Brand/SKU Performance
- Visibility Index and Market share
Team Development
Monitor training & development of Frontline Sales Force/ Marketing Executives for better sales execution. Monitor progress against the plan in the Weekly Commitment Meetings and Monthly planning meetings.
New Initiatives
Leveraging market knowledge, planning and executing innovative strategies to increase market share
Eligibility Criteria:
Qualification: MBA/PGDM in Marketing
Experience: 6+ yrs into leading leading ATL & BTL operations of a reputed FMCG company Ideally from FMCG/Foods/Beverage or similar industry
