    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Grievance Handling, drive engagement activities and maintain healthy shop floor environment
    • Ensuring Contractual Manpower availability
    • Statutory Compliances for PF, factories, Maintenance of relevant registers & returns under various laws
    • Manpower Budget preparation and checking for deviation, recruitment & trainings
    • Personnel Hygiene condition of plant, welfare, security and fire & safety

    Desired Candidate Profile

    • The incumbent should be from premium HR institute with 3+ years relevant experience and must be working at plant
    • Female candidates will be preferred
