Job Purpose
The incumbent shall work and partner with the corporate HR and business leadership to develop, implement and drive results increasing organizational effectiveness and efficiency for sales workforce.
This role includes, but is not limited to
- Employee life cycle management
- Strategic manpower planning
- Talent management /succession planning
- Employee grievance handling
- Performance Management process
- Timely Grievance Resolution
- Increasing workforce capability
- Provide change leadership
- HR Operations & Statutory Compliance
- Supporting day-to- day operations as well as on-going process improvement.
- Reports & MIS, Data Analysis
- Manage new hires, transfers and exits in the system.
- HR Audit
