Responsible for supporting BI Managers and Director in specific BI projects/topics by gathering accurate, timely and relevant inputs. Supports in creating reports and uploading communication of research and analysis outcomes to stakeholders in support of marketing activities.
What you will do
1. Planning, designing and commissioning international research projects, including briefing and evaluating proposals from research supplier.
2. Ensure accurate data collection and analysis, as well as timely and relevant deliverables on Insight allocated activities.
3. Collects insight on specific competitor types by securing accurate, timely and relevant insight on key companies, their business/products and future trends.
4. Consolidating and maintaining existing consumer research databases. Ensuring that research reports are archived and published on Crystal.
5. Participation in global consumer / competitor network and active sharing, training and planning.
6. Understands and able to utilize standard research and information gathering methodologies.
7. Coordinating the logistics of consumer tests, in particular working with package prototyping to make sure that relevant tests material is produced for package tests.
We believe you have
- Consumer: At least 2 years consumer research experience in major company or consultancy company such as Neilsen, Kantar etc. Or previous entry level research experience at Tetra Pak.
- Competitor: At least 2 years business experience in marketing, sales functions, market company or Cluster background preferred. Direct interaction with competitors preferred.
- Both: Strong analytical and presentation skills.
