Job Summary
We are seeking a Data Analytics Expert proficient in Power BI and other data visualization tools to join our global team. This role will be responsible for designing and implementing data visualization solutions that drive strategic decisions. The ideal candidate will have 5 to 8 years of experience in data analytics, a deep understanding of Power BI, and the ability to manage and develop a diverse team of data professionals. Strong stakeholder management skills are essential.
What you will do
- Strategic Leadership
- Develop and implement data visualization strategies that align with the company’s global goals and objectives.
- Identify opportunities to enhance business processes and decision-making through data visualization and analytics.
- Advocate for the adoption and effective use of Power BI and other tools across the organization to promote data-driven decision-making.
- Team Management
- Lead, mentor, and grow a diverse team of data analysts and Power BI developers.
- Allocate resources and manage project timelines to ensure timely and efficient completion of analytics projects.
- Foster a culture of innovation, learning, and collaboration within the team.
- Data Visualization and Insights
- Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of Power BI dashboards and reports.
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality, accurate, and visually compelling data visualizations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders globally to understand their data needs and deliver tailored analytical solutions.
- Technical Expertise
- Stay updated on the latest features and best practices in Power BI, SQL, Excel, and other visualization tools.
- Guide the team in implementing advanced Power BI features such as DAX, Power Query, and custom visuals.
- Ensure data models are optimized for performance and scalability.
- Stakeholder Management
- Engage with key stakeholders across the organization to understand their needs and deliver effective data solutions.
- Communicate complex data insights in a clear and actionable manner to various levels of the organization.
We believe you have
- A bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 5 to 8 years of experience in data analytics, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Strong expertise in Power BI, SQL, Excel, and other data visualization tools.
- Proven experience in leading and managing a diverse team of data analysts and Power BI developers.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear and actionable insights.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a strategic mindset.
- Experience in stakeholder management and global market analytics.
