A day in the life of…
• Manage new business contract process;
• Data entry of new customer contracts and order processing;
• Assist SR Sales Operations Specialist with Supply Chain in regards to stock transfers and inventory control;
• Machine stop and swap- Orders and special order;
• Delivery and rush delivery Special requests for SF (Free goods, events, escalations, etc);
• Manage blocked account;
• Create transport form for large order (SC);
• Daily communication of customer related operations with Sales and Service Partners (SSPs), Sales Partners and Regional Business Managers;
• Provide Monthly/weekly productivity reporting & database administration to B2B Director and sales team;
• Coordinate with technical service coordinators the process to ensure service and or swaps are provided to the customer;
• Execute the control process for the defined controls and identify gaps and possible trends;
• Contribute ideas for corrective action in order to improve processes by making practical and value-added recommendations;
• Point of contact for escalations for B2B for the CRC.
What will make you successful
Education and Experience
• College diploma or equivalent experience;
• Minimum of 3 to 5 years of sales operations and customer service experience;
Skills
• Strong interest in our products and in coffee in particular;
• Flexibility and ability to adapt to changing business priorities;
• Attention to detail and solution oriented;
• Pro-active, always searching for a more effective and efficient way to do things;
• Good organization and communication skills;
• Reporting accuracy;
• Knowledge of the business of Key account customers;
