Job Responsibilities:
- To carry out the installation of Diagnostics system and to do repair and preventive maintenance of system post installation
- To take necessary corrective action on the breakdown calls being attended in stipulated time line.
- To follow the service process and good documentation practices.
- To manage the local boot inventory of spare for the highly demanded customer.
- This role involved field travel and maximum time spend on the travelling and fixing customer issues
- Communicate effectively with customers or clients to understand their issues and provide solutions.
- Respond to service calls or requests in a timely manner.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies. Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
- Ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
