Work Management
- Establish and maintain standard processes for contract and project management, ensuring consistency and alignment to company policies by the team.
- Monitor and analyse team performance metrics to drive continuous improvement in work processes and efficiency.

- Identify and mitigate contract risks while ensuring business objectives are met.
Team Management
- Ensure workload is effectively distributed per skills, prioritizing tasks to meet business timelines and operational goals.
- Lead and manage the operational contracting team, ensuring clear roles, responsibilities, and expectations.
- Provide ongoing coaching and mentorship, helping team members resolve challenges in their day-to-day responsibilities.
- Identify skill gaps and recommend upskilling initiatives to improve overall team performance.
Operational Transformation & Process Optimization:
- Lead continuous improvement activities to transform contracting processes to be aligned to the SaaS way of doing business.
- Oversee and support operational transformation initiatives related to contract lifecycle management (CLM) and automation.
- Work multi-functionally to streamline contracting workflows using digital solutions.
- Design processes, tools, and operating cadences to achieve operational and organizational outcomes.
You’ll Spend Your Time:
- Being responsible for managing and reviewing end-to-end contract lifecycle executionthe operations team while following the standard operating procedures.
- Creating nonstandard/ complex agreements.
- Ensuring that the team is routing contracts in a timely manner, to the appropriate signing authority based on legal entity and type of contracts.
- Developing, implementing, and maintaining contract workflows through Adobe sign and iCertis, consistently looking for opportunities to improve and streamline operations.
- Being the data owner responsible for contract attributes and related data including financial, commercial, legal, and other critical information housed in Adobe sign, SFDC and Icertis
- Acting as the contracting subject matter expert for all agreement types and related adjustments including (but not limited to) contract amendments, renewals, assignments etc.
- Coordinating with key stakeholders to receive buy ins for internal projects and external endeavours.
- Prioritizing and managing additional ad-hoc projects, requests, and responsibilities that increase the speed, efficiency, and audit ability of the contracting process.
Qualifications and Experience needed:
- We are looking for candidate with minimum 8+ years of experience in contract administration, GTM operations, deal desk, or similar experience, with at least 3+ years in a managerial role.
- Operations, business administration, or technology degree preferred!
- Direct experience in engaging team meaningfully while driving operational transformations.Experience of working in global teams and flexibility to work across time zones is a must.
- Excellent negotiation, risk assessment, and stakeholder management skills. Must have solid understanding of SaaS-related revenue recognition, commercial legal, and commercial SaaS terms.
Other desirable qualities:
- Possess strong analytical, critical thinking, and communications skills.
- We are seeking for the candidate familiar with using or implementing contract administration, Legal, and Sales software, particularly Icertis, Adobe sign, and SFDC.
