- Cultivate and preserve vital relationships with key accounts, adeptly handling contract negotiations and collaborations.
- Seek out potential customers and tend to existing relationships with the same vigor, providing top-tier service.
- Stay vigilant about customer and competitor behaviors, tapping into industry trends to give us the advantage.
- Oversee key operational facets such as sales training, market research, financials, and sales-fostering activities.
- Dive deep into analytics, wielding customer portals, Nielsen data, and Power BI to refine business plans and projections.
- Serve as the crucial bridge linking customers, production, distribution, and our illustrious sales force.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or equivalent in a relevant field.
- 2+ years’ experience in sales/operations, preferably within the CPG/FMCG landscape.
- Robust end-to-end grasp of the sales ecosystem, policy navigation, and stellar analytical prowess.
- Deeply familiar with essential data systems like Power BI, with a strong ability in Microsoft Suite.
- A relationship builder, capable of intertwining the threads between various functional teams.
