About the Role:
The Commercial Marketing Coordinator is responsible for supporting the Associate Director and Senior Associate, executing multiple commercial strategies and solutions to impact the business, and evaluating the success of programs & campaigns against a long-term strategy, helping to ensure transparency between departments and report on top-line initiatives across each THG Beauty US Sites. As part of this team, the commercial marketing coordinator will work on a range of marketing initiatives from BAU activity, commercial activations & key launches across all US retail beauty sites SkinStore.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate cross-functionally across the Marketing teams (including Advertising, Direct Mail, Creative, Visual, Events, PR, Digital Marketing, Site Content, Email, Social Media, more to develop compelling and consistent marketing campaigns.
- Act as a key marketing resource for merchants partners to secure the best Marketing offers and product that are aligned with the central theme of each Campaign.
- Create and/or support in the creation of campaign briefs that will be used to develop strategic marketing campaigns.
- Partner with Marketing Ops manager to ensure sample deadlines are met.
- Assist with department documents, records, materials, and spreadsheets.
- Create ideas and help with project manage multi-channel marketing campaigns.
- Project manage assigned campaigns from start to finish including: campaign strategy, coordinating campaign plans, delivering assets and post campaign follow-up.
- Field requests from individual members of cross functional teams and assist with prioritization of marketing activities.
- Coordinate internal asset creation and timely delivery for all category specific, brand focused campaigns and marketing tactics.
- Develop project briefs and execute to completion, managing deadlines and working with internal Creative team.
- Assist with presentation development for strategic pitches and seasonal performance summaries.
- Gather, analyze and present data on KPIs following Marketing programs to help inform future strategies.
- Review weekly production job status reports.
- Proactively stay on top of digital, creative and analytical trends, and understand best practices.
- Use our in-house data & technology platform to share valuable insights on customer behavior and trends to inform decisions across the wider team, focus on GLOSSYBOX.
- Track effectiveness of marketing calendar and report on brand metrics and impact of brand marketing team on the busines across SkinStore, LOOKFANTASTIC and Skincare RX.
KPI’s
- Own key inputs contributing to commercial marketing campaigns from strategy to briefing, planning, and executing ensuring cohesive campaigns delivered on time, in full.
- Analyze campaigns identifying key insights.
- Analyze competitors campaigns to understand messaging and key areas of focus.
- Work with brand team to ensure brand guidelines are maintained for all projects.
- Support all creative briefing for pitches and campaigns.
- Manage cross functional teams to build plans for commercial marketing and any special projects.
- Achieving annual revenue targets for commercial marketing.
