Key Responsibilities
As a Marketing Intern at Coca-Cola, you will join a dynamic team focused on driving brand growth, consumer engagement, and market leadership. You will have the opportunity to contribute to exciting marketing campaigns, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and gain hands-on experience in both traditional and digital marketing.
- Support the development and execution of 360-degree marketing campaigns that resonate with diverse consumer segments.
- Conduct consumer and market research to uncover insights that guide brand strategies and messaging.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and campaigns.
- Manage social media and digital marketing channels to foster engagement and drive brand awareness.
- Assist in coordinating product launches, events, and sponsorships to enhance brand visibility.
Requirements:
- Educational background: An undergraduate student, pursuing a bachelor’s degree, or master’s student, completing a master’s degree
- Right to work: Legal authorisation to work in Germany. No visa sponsorship is provided.
- Commitment: Must be available to start October 1st 2025 and commit to 38 hours/week for a 9-12 month internship.
- Language: Fluency in English and German (with strong verbal and written communication skills)

- Relationship skills: Being inclusive, team-oriented, and adept at building relationships.
- Relevant knowledge: Knowledge in marketing principles, creativity, digital marketing, social media, market research and data analysis.
