    I. Lead a squad of CSP, Marketing, CMI, CBD to ensure that global innovations are fit for market, customer, channel and will grow category from START.

    C. Global lead for Un-Missable Execution and Retail Beauty Academy | 40%

    • Support the Beauty Advisors roll our globally – Design lead for web platform, content creation with agencies, comms and project management.
    • Support the deliver of Retail Beauty Academy App to CBD teams globally.
    • UnMissable POSM O+O – Design Once deploy everywhere BETS, POSM harmonization.
    • Lead Un-Missable POSM Community of practice in partnership with Head of CSP.
    • Create execution Look of Success by Channel with execution metrics tracking scorecard.
    • Work with other BG CSP to drive roll out into China, SEA and LATAM.

    CONTEXT & MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB

    • Collaborate to deliver Strategic CSP Agenda and drive capability in CBD & CSP.
    • Brining detailed market knowledge into Innovation design at an early stage (e.g. PPA, Channel cost to play)
    • Build global CSP capabilities (NRM, Cat Man, dComm)
    • Partner with the market CBD teams and CSP teams to land strategic CSP agenda, as agreed with GM & market CSP lead.
    • Lead the transformation of beauty Selling and UnMissable Execution globally.
    • Direct Reports: None – but responsible for agency & squad projects.

    • GM / UOM (Innovation NRR, 3yr GM roadmap, Premiumization Acceleration).
