CONTEXT & MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB
- Collaborate to deliver Strategic CSP Agenda and drive capability in CBD & CSP.
- Brining detailed market knowledge into Innovation design at an early stage (e.g. PPA, Channel cost to play)
- Build global CSP capabilities (NRM, Cat Man, dComm)
- Partner with the market CBD teams and CSP teams to land strategic CSP agenda, as agreed with GM & market CSP lead.
- Lead the transformation of beauty Selling and UnMissable Execution globally.
- Direct Reports: None – but responsible for agency & squad projects.
