Responsibilities
Role description:
Responsible for business development in the On Premise (HoReCa) channel in the assigned area, by increasing the number of active customers, sales volume and profitability .
- Ensure a monthly average of at least eight customers visited per day from the portfolio of customers with special PepsiCo and hunting conditions;
- Visits all AFH clients in the assigned area (Census) at least once a year and provides valuable market information;
- Negotiates contracts with clients in the assigned area to ensure profitable portfolio growth in accordance with assigned objectives and procedures;
- Ensures the implementation of the contract in accordance with the agreed terms and resolves any deviations;
- Permanently secures the database of active customers by monitoring and negotiating monthly renewal contracts;
- Tracks and achieves monthly/annual goals set for the assigned area.
- Ensures the implementation of execution standards in line with the company’s objectives (listing all brands in accordance with the company’s standard, combo menu… adapted to AFH subchannels, mixology, etc.). Ensures their visibility on all customer communication channels (e.g. menu, e-com, social media, etc.);
Qualifications
- Secondary/higher education.
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience.
- Category B driving license with no prior record.
Skills:
- English: intermediate level.
- Good PC operating skills: Microsoft Office.
- Communication and negotiation skills.
- Numerical skills and financial knowledge.
- Analytical thinking.
- Result orientation.
- Financial knowledge is an advantage.
- Interpersonal efficiency.
