We have an opportunity with Varun Beverages Limited (PEPSICO Bottler) – VBL, for the role of Area Manager Business Development, who will be responsible for enhancing the E-Commerce channel sales for assigned territories.

Details about the role:
The incumbent shall be responsible to drive the E-Com Business related initiatives in the assigned area & maximize the growth in channel as well as manage operational issues.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
- End to end management of E-COM vertical – B2C: BigBasket B2C, Grofers, Flipkart, Jiomart, Milkbasket, Amazon, Swiggy; B2B: Udaan, Bigbasket B2B, Dealshare, Reliance New Commerce and others.
- Customer relationship management – building and strengthening relationship with all key stakeholders at customer’s end (category/supply chain/commercial, etc.)
- Business metrics – Volume, share, visibility/availability, driving holistic business – region/brand/pack wise performance, OFR, commercial hygiene, consumer promo management, data management, etc.
- Inter-department co-ordination within VBL system – supply chain, commercial for day-to-day operations.
- Co-ordination with Pepsico E-com team to drive this vertical.
- Hunting for new chains in this vertical and signing them up for business with VBL.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Regular PGDM/MBA-Marketing from a Premier B-school Only.
- Relevant experience of minimum 4 years into E-com channel on the operations side – one who has handled supply chain/category sales/operations management.
- Strong and effective follow-ups as this candidate will have to connect with many people on daily basis on VBL/ PEPSICO/customer’s side.
- Excellent Communication & Interpersonal skills to collaborate & influence the key stakeholders.
