Job Summary
Tetra Pak is looking for a Business Development Manager to join the Prepared Food & Plant Based Business Stream which sits within Liquid Food Solutions in Tetra Pak’s Processing and Equipment Business Unit. The candidate shall have a strong processing background and will help us to develop and drive profitable growth plans for the category in a region or multiple regions, lead development of category key initiatives in line with Market Operations (MO) strategy/operational plan, supporting for its execution – secure seamless cooperation across organization. You will also define requirements to develop capabilities in MO and Project Centres by subcategory in specific region and support deployment of action plans as well as shape and drive use of reusable solutions and best practice, maximizing value proposition and contribute to the New Product Introduction (NPI) process.
You will support MO on sales strategy and value proposition in commercial cases and participate throughout the global category strategy lifecycle. You will report directly to Director Business Stream Prepared Food and Plant Based in EU.
This position is open to any suitable candidate. The role is expected to be placed in SEA with a preference in Thailand.
What you will do
As a Business Development Manager, you will:
- Grow Prepared Food and Plant Based profitably in SEAO with focus on group margin securing key category strategic initiatives
- Maximize the value proposition with leading product and solution performance guarantees (processing and End-to-End for processing and packaging).
- Identify focus areas and drive competitiveness in solution. Deliver sales support to the markets and project centers and connect expert to customer.
- Secure End-To-End competitiveness in the respective sub-categories.
- Secure Customer Experience (CX) improvements in the respective sub-categories.
- Participate in Opportunity Management and Sales forums
We believe you have
- 7 – 10 years of working experience in Food Processing Equipment Business.
- Knowledge of FMCG, especially in Prepared Food and Plant Based processing systems and the industry
- Experience of dealing with higher level executives of Customers
- Capability to participate in strategizing business plan
- Self-driven with a can-do-attitude, hands-on individual who is an opportunist
- Strong communicator and negotiator
- Strong customer focus
- Strong in business acumen and entrepreneurial skill
- Excellence English Communication
- Good interpersonal skill and Team player
