Position Summary
Generate and develop new opportunities and business models that significantly accelerate the growth of NP Colombia, capitalizing on the trends and opportunities that the pandemic opened / accelerated in the out-of-home (OOH) industry. Promote the development of strategies in OOH channels that generate growth in customers and points of consumption. Plan and guarantee investment in clients that profitably leverage business growth through defined strategies and opportunities found.
A day in the life of…
- Find and implement new growth opportunities, business models, solutions and technologies, to bring our products to more consumers.
- Define powerful and efficient growth strategies and category selling stories by category and channel, ensuring alignment between consumer, commercial, financial and operational needs.
- Accompaniment in clients for the development of new opportunities.
- Identify and develop new routes to the market.
- Define and control an optimal profitable investment plan for clients (TTS) for the development of categories and clients.
- Lead and guarantee a successful Integrated Business Plan (ICP) for NP, articulating the gear of all areas (Marketing, Sales, Finance and Operations).
- Lead the development of a direct person and an outsourced team dedicated to execution, development of points of consumption and customer prospecting.
- Actively support the improvement of the Business Cases of any I&R, guaranteeing the relevance of the Shopper & Customer taking into account all the information on Categories, Channel, Client and Competitor, delivering winning commercial proposals.
- Develop the capabilities of business functions (Marketing, Sales, Field) to interpret and translate available information into actionable information that inspires change in buyer behavior and customer engagement with our plans.
- Gather, share and apply insights from the shopper in the category, brand, channel and customer plan.
What will make you successful
- Professional with at least 5 years of work experience in commercial areas of demand generation and with cross functional knowledge: Sales, Marketing, Trade Marketing, New Business Development, Innovation, Finance, Project Management, Category Management, Customer & Channel Development, SRM.
- Level of English: advanced.
- Management of office tools (software, programs, etc.) and SAP.
