Future Talent Program – Business Analyst

The position is based in Pune India, Full time- Permanent role.

What you will do

• In the position as Business Analyst, you will analyse financials, review processes and support Global Market Operations finance team.
• Articulate and communicate insights and recommendations derived from analysis of actual financial results.
• Support forecasting and Budget process.
• Facilitate “Best Practice” sharing amongst markets.
• Review MO Finance processes and identify improvement areas.
• Drive simplification and standardization of business control activities.
• Act as a back-up for team members.

• Needed Skills.
• Chartered Accountant from the “Institute of Chartered Accountants of India”.
• Experience with data analysis on large data sets.
• Needs to have solid grasp of IFRS.
• Practical application of your analytical skills (Industrial Training, Articleship).
• Good knowledge of Database and Analysis tool – Microsoft Excel.
• Exposure to ERP – SAP.
• Experience with Visualization and Reporting tools e.g. PowerBI, PowerPoint.
• Ability to understand and track key metrics.
• Need to have critical thinking skills.
• An excellent command of English, both written and oral.
• Good interpersonal skills as this role involves communicating with colleagues across the globe.
