Job purpose:
To apply sales policy and maximize team results for the defined region manage and develop the team.
Key Duties and Responsibilities/Missions:
- Manage & support the sales representative team motivation, training and skills development, recruitment, career development, appraisal of coworkers (individual acquisition of knowledge, follow up of training knowledge acquisition) in order to propose strategic directions for progress.
- Analyze and drive the defined sales objectives for team and propose global or individual action plans in order to achieve them.
- Control & report in order to optimize business relating to competition, customers, his or her team and our products and to ensure the performance of the sales team.
Technical Skills:
- Retail rules and legal issues compliance : Ability to comply with internal sales policy and legal issues in order to manage sustainable growth and develop business.
- Sales Execution: Ability to plan, implement and manage initiatives in order to follow and implement the sales plan.
- Customer expertise: Ability to collect and analyse information, data, trends etc. relating to customers in order to identify key drivers of their strategy.
- Category Management (4P) : Ability to collect and analyse trends on shopper and consumer data and markets in order to identify the growth drivers on 4ps and to propose suitable business plans in accordance with global brand strategy.
- Market and business expertise : Capability to analyze facts, figures and trends on market environment (competitors, customers, category, environment) and business indicators in order to identify key drivers, to assess business performances and to make recommendation on strategy.
