Part of the overall CD HR team, supporting the GT, HUL 3 & Nutrition business in the West. The role will work closely with the General Trade & Nutrition leadership team to drive the People Strategy for the function. The team reports into the Branch HR Manager for West.
Key Accountabilities:
Talent & Organization
- Performance Management: Data anchor for mid & end year Developmental forum
- Run the WL1 Assessment Center (SCAW) for GT & Nutrition and following up with actions of moves, promotions and PIP management.
- Drive priority areas like crosslaning of talent
- Lead the GT ET program
Partner with the campus teams and internal stakeholders on demand plans for every year
Source and Select top talent from across campuses
SPOC for all West ETs from onboarding to deployment in roles – managing their learning program, subcharge and confirmation process
- Incentive & Payroll Management: managing incentive computation & payroll inputs for timely roll out of incentive to fieldforce workers.
Learning & Development:
- Lead people and capability development for the branch to ensure the team is future fit and upskilled.
Work with GTLT to identify learning needs, design the learning plan & deliver learning programmes for the function focusing on functional, leadership and future fit skills.
Anchoring branch focused manager upskilling initiatives.
Curating learning content from academy, e-learning & external sources.
Running bridge & transition programmes for grooming top talent in WL1 as part of succession planning & crosslaning efforts.
Deliver the learning plan for outercore marketing executives.
Culture:
- Build a winning culture in the West Team, work with the GTLT & Nutrition LT on the mood, morale and engagement of the team; Univoice Insights and Actions.
- Driving the wellbeing agenda for the branch.
- Leading the COVID response initiatives for the branch.
Other activities:
- Manage statutory compliance for west branch.
Experience and qualifications required:
- 2 years of experience in HR, including HR business partnering.
- Advanced Excel skills & Data analytics experience.
- Ability to network and build relationships.
- Ability to influence stakeholders.
- Ability to design & deliver initiatives end to end.
- Excellent attention to detail, rigour and data management.
- Effective communication skills among diverse audiences.
