Has proven experience leading a large team in a fast-paced premium retail or hospitality environment. You will have a passion for service excellence and understand that exceptional results can only be achieved with and through the support of your people. You will be an enthusiastic and motivating team builder who engages and coaches your team to deliver on the Nespresso promise of service excellence. Your responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring the successful, professional and consistent operation of the Boutique.
- Motivating and driving your team to continually meet and exceed performance KPI’s and sales targets and to facilitate busines growth.
- Leading your direct reports to continually deliver exceptional levels of customer service.
- Training and mentoring your leadership team including performance reviews in order to support their personal development and career progression.
- Visual merchandising and inventory management accountability.
