Job Summary
Tetra Pak supplies future-proof process and automation solutions as well as tailor-made service concepts for the production of dry, liquid, viscous, and highly viscous foods such as dairy products, beverages, ice cream, or soups and sauces. The range of services extends from individual components to ready-to-connect modules and high-tech systems to complete production plants.
As part of Customer Service Operations Mid Europe team, you will participate in delivering maintenance, upgrades, installation and issue resolution to our customers. The team stands for quality and performance, and with a growing business we are constantly developing our capabilities and operations to stay attractive and professional to our customers.
In this permanent position you will be employed in Glinde, Germany, and work within DACH region. You will travel approximately up to 80% of your time.
What you will do
After extensive training, the following tasks are waiting for you:
- Service and commissioning work on machines and systems for the production and packaging of food at our customers (D-A-CH)
- Cooperation with other departments and external suppliers in commissioning and troubleshooting
- Applying systematic problem-solving methods
- Independent creation of well-founded visit reports and commissioning reports
- Technical support for internal and external customers as well as for the customer support of the technical service
Who you are
We believe you have:
- Qualified training in the field of plant automation or drive technology
- Experience in customer-related work in the field
- Basics and experience in process engineering or dairy technology, preferably in the area of aseptic (UHT, pasteurizer, sterile tank)
- Basics and experience in maintenance
- Good knowledge of Siemens Step7 Classic and Siemens TIA Portal
- Good knowledge of SCADA systems Siemens WinCC / Wonderware InTouch
- Good command of German and English languages – both spoken and written
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Orientation towards goals, problem solving, and results
- Ability to work in a team combined with high flexibility
- Customer orientation including secure communication
- Organizational skills and leadership skills
- Independent work and hands-on mentality
- Driving license for cars
