Responsibilities
Act As Owners/ Be Consumer Centric:
- RGM Primary Research: This role supports the Senior Manager RGM Capabilities, Primary Research in conducting primary research studies and data analysis and diagnostics to understand shopper or consumer behavior. The work will include understanding how shoppers value our brands, what prices they’re willing to pay, and what opportunities there are to meet unmet needs.
- Commercial Impact: Ability to build concise and compelling stories leveraging data and analytics. This role will support storytelling through Circana and/or shopper card data. Ability to leverage multiple data sets to support the deliverable.
Voice Opinions Fearlessly Focus & Get Things Done Fast:
- This role will have visibility to the Senior Vice President of Commercial and RGM and Senior Director of RGM and will have strong connectivity to Finance, Brand Marketing, and the North America Insights and Intelligence Organization (NAII).
- There will be strong collaboration with the other members of the RGM organization, who will help provide some of the more detailed analysis on specific pipeline ideas.
- Interactions with Insights teams along with the PepsiCo NA Insights & Intelligence Organization to refine analysis.
Compensation & Benefits:
- The expected compensation range for this position is between $89,000 – $149,000.
- Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process.
- Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 10% of annual salary paid out annually.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required, preference in Business, Finance, or Marketing; MBA preferred.
- Prior experience in Category Management, Sales Strategy, and or Shopper/Consumer Insights.
- A passion for the shopper and a curiosity for why she/he buys.
- Concise and compelling storytelling leveraging data and insights.
- Understanding of the revenue growth management discipline and experience with the PFNA P&L through various Finance rotations is a plus but not required.
- Understanding of customer & channel dynamics (grocery vs mass vs dollar etc).
- Comfortable with data analytics including syndicated marketplace tools such as Circana and shopper card data (e.g., 84.51, Luminate).
- High attention to detail and ability to collaborate with multiple cross functional stakeholders.
- Self-starter: Navigating and thriving in ambiguous environment, resourcefulness in getting things done, problem-solving skills and strategic thinking.
- Agility: Flexibility in problem solving/developing solutions, creating knowledge base.
- Ability to manage multiple timelines, project management skills.
