- Address and manage employee and labor relations with empathy, taking a proactive stance on communications and resolutions.
- Oversee the administration and strategic evolution of our total rewards system, aligning it with the needs of a dynamic workforce.
Requirements & Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of HR experience, showcasing a broad understanding of people strategies, talent management, and employee relations.
- Demonstrated success as an HR business partner, with a strong track record of influencing and advising senior leadership on HR best practices.
- Expertise in organizational design and development, and the ability to navigate and lead through the complexities of a multinational company.
- An analytical mindset with experience in translating data insights into strategic HR solutions that propels the organization forward.
- Exceptional communication skills and a commitment to fostering a workplace environment built on respect, collaboration, and inclusivity.
