Overview
Main purpose:
Owning the Portfolio Marketing agenda for Area countries Bangladesh ,Nepal & Srilanka , in strategizing and driving the execution of brand plans for PepsiCo Beverages, ensuring alignment with brand guardrails, and monitoring local execution.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities / Tasks:
Bangladesh, Nepal & Sri Lanka (All CSD brands + Juices)
- Critical role requiring discretionary effort and tenacity
- NPD agenda for new categories, New product launches, Product improvement For eg (Midcal launch, Zero Sugar portfolio launch.
- Lead responsibility for Brand Positioning, Creative & Media Strategy and execution in partnership with category lead
- AOP and JBP planning and execution for the business.
- Identify & build long term engagement platforms to drive energy credentials & create ‘iconic’ brand stature
- Develop long term & annual brand strategies for the wholistic Energy Play in India
- Lead A&M investment choices based on business priorities
- Develop & Activate regional on-ground programs in partnership with Trade marketing & Franchise teams
- Develop the Innovation roadmap & anchor Stage gate process on the brands
- Engagement with Cross-functional teams (Finance/PR/Ops/SC/Sales etc) to deliver end to end marketing programs
- Lead the engagement with global and regional brand leads
- Single spoc to drive the above hence requiring significant influencing capability to be able to execute the programs with alignment of local bottling partners : hence the need for stature for this role
Qualification:
- Post graduate with key skills in Franchise sales, Marketing, customer marketing background with xxxx years of experience.
- Should have consumer focused mindset and is able to understand key consumer trends and pick up local insights.
- Should have 10-12 years of relevant experience
- Should understand business requirements and is able to translate that to marketing campaigns, to drive business growth and to gain share
