Key Responsibilities:
The key responsibilities may be divided as follows:
- Business Agenda
- Dealing with production in terms of handling of shifts, total production check, maintaining line productivity and planning
- Dealing with line breakdowns if any
- Maintenance: daily, weekly, monthly maintenance
- Dealing with issues related to quality
- Production Planning
- People Agenda
- Ensuring the growth and development of the people reporting to this position via learning activities and training
- To ensure that the performance management process is carried out for the people
- Providing a healthy environment that encourages empowerment and diversity
- Carrying out people related activities like planning resources required, etc
Profile
Experience and Qualification
- Engineering Graduation with approximately 4 to 10 years of experience
Skills and Behavioral Attributes
- Excellent communication, and influencing skills
- High levels of persuasion and facilitator skills
- Strong organization skills
- High level of confidence & ability to carry himself
- Strong focus on delivery and results with high drive and energy levels
