Job Responsibilities:
- Lead budget planning, investment and forecast to achieve the organization goal
- Manage the day-to-day financial operations (negotiation, accounting, payment to vendors, etc.)
- Responsible for providing financial analysis and prepare reports for the management
- Develop and reinforce robust systems and processes for achieving cost efficiency
- Responsible for due diligence of vendors, prepare purchase orders/contracts as per the requirement and necessary coordination with different stakeholders
- Travel to different program locations for program monitoring and review
- Provide necessary guidance and support to outsourced employees
- Ensure compliance with accounting policies, regulatory requirements and statutory finalization of accounting and get it audited
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting
- 6+ years of experience in accounting and/or financial analysis
- Ability to synthesize large quantities of complex data into actionable information
- Ability to work and effectively communicate with senior-level executives
- Excellent analytical and decision-making skills
- Knowledge of financial reporting tools such as SAP
- Strong demonstrated use of Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Excellent English reading/writing and Hindi speaking is required
- Prior experience of working in the CSR (corporate social responsibility) domain shall be preferred
- Ability to multi-task and deal with ambiguity through research, self-learning and collaboration
- Willing to travel to tier 1,2,3 cities and rural and interior locations of India
