Capacity
- Workforce Planning for MT organization.
- Lead the MT ET program.
- Keynote SPOC for OT Organization.
- Drive a culture of Flex within the MT team.
Capability:
- Manage the Network for WL1A-2C Capability Agenda. LMs to design and deliver the program content E2E.
- Effective deployment of global learning Programs.
- Build a Strong Induction program for New Hires delivered at defined Cadence.
Culture:
- Management of Organized Trade Outer-core Talent.
- Design the Wellbeing agenda for MT and leverage GH&W for execution.
- Designing and driving formal Coaching/Mentoring intervention for MTLT members.
Experience and qualifications required:
- Ability to network and build relationships.
- Ability to influence stakeholders.
- Advanced Excel skills & Data analytics experience.
- Ability to design & deliver initiatives end to end.
- Excellent attention to detail, rigour and data management.
- Effective communication skills among diverse audiences.
