I. Brand Building:
- Demonstrating an intuition for consumer first thinking – develop a deep understanding of consumer preferences across formats & regimes, media consumption habits, shopping channels, triggers & barriers for different sub-categories – and translate all of this into growth opportunities to drive.
- Digital first media deployment – Plan & execute the monthly media plans across platforms. make key decision of when & where to activate media to drive growth. Own the full funnel activation including the performance marketing for this patch
- Distribution & Availability – Monitor the distribution across online & offline channels. Manage the instore demand generation POSM pieces
- Business Development – Owning the product, proposition & packaging for some parts of the portfolio apart from the key decision on pricing, promotion & place.
II. Brand Development
- Identify market opportunities, trends, and white spaces to expand the brand’s footprint.
- Work with product development teams to bring innovative and high-performance beauty products to market.
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new launches, ensuring alignment with overall brand positioning.
- Strategic Thinker and Agile problem solver: strategic clarity, unlocking project situations, ability to tie up diverse data points to understand the larger picture.
- Strong Analytical capability: Leverage data to come up with actionable insight.
- Translate insight into clear communication briefs that translate into communication across
Key Skills & Requirement:
- Master’s degree in marketing or business administration.
- 2-4 years of experience in marketing experience in the beauty category.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong Project Management skills. Experience in a leading cross-functional teams to deliver projects.
- The candidate should display a very high Bias for action, a global mindset, consumer centricity & project management skills.
