Job Title / Designation : Area Sales Manager – SAMNA
Department : Sales
Functional Reporting to : Head of Sales
Location : Multiple
Job Purpose
The incumbent shall be responsible to drive the SAMNA initiatives for the territory assigned to him.
Primary Roles & Accountabilities
- Handling SAMNA platform for the assigned territory.
- Mapping and tracking the frontline sales manpower with the outlets in the territory.
- Analyzing the data pertaining to the outlets updated on SAMNA.
- Driving the inferences and results for Sales trends in a particular territory.
- Guiding and supporting the Sales team on the future strategy to maximize the Sales based on the analysis done through SAMNA results.
- Regularly updating the Outlets status for the territory.
- Tracking the tertiary/secondary sales and generating the reports.
- Troubleshooting at the distributor points.
- Conducting 1 day training for the new PSRs
- Providing inputs and initiatives on how to optimize the use of SAMNA platform.

- Route run percentage against planned.
- Call Completion
- Strike rate
- Drop Size
- LPSC
- Volume per route
Qualification and Work experience
Work Experience: 2 years experience preferred in relevant industry
Post-Graduation : Regular MBA from premier B-School with specialization in Sales & Marketing
Graduation : Any regular graduate.
