We have an opportunity with Varun Beverages Limited (PEPSICO Bottler) for the role of Area Manager Business Development, who will be responsible for enhancing the retail channel sales (Modern Trade) which involves Cash & Carry Sales & Key Account Management for entire Central UP territory (Lucknow, Kanpur, Barabanki, Faizabad etc.).

Details about the role: The incumbent shall be responsible to drive the Business Development related initiatives in the assigned area & maximize the growth in channel as well as manage operational issues.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
- Managing Primary and Secondary supplies.
- Building relation with channel/Customer across the hierarchy.
- Creating opportunity and channels for business development to grow volumes.
- Manage and Coordinate the Modern trade + OP + PMX business with the support of CEs and PSRs.
- Making a track of OT Volume on monthly basis v/s YAGO.
- Growing the existing business horizontally and vertically.
- Training & Development of CEs/ PSRs for better relation and business development.
- Handling Client reconciliation and operation issues at city or unit level.
- Managing/Planning activation in OP account using contracted advertising and marketing budgets.
- Tracking Universe and Channel Profitability on Monthly Basis.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Regular PGDM/MBA-Marketing from a Premier B-school Only.
- Relevant experience of minimum 4 years into modern trade/ retail sales/ key account management.
- Excellent Interpersonal skills to collaborate & influence the key stakeholders.
