What You Will Do
As Agile Leader, you will:
- Support a team in the transformation into an Agile way of working.
- Develop own competence as Scrum Master.
- Work with the teams and those in direct contact with the teams such as Product owners, Sprint Review members, to understand and apply Agile methodologies.
- Be responsible to follow-up benefits of the Agile way of working
- Apply various communications means, such as trainings, seminars, one-on-one coaching, improvement networks in order to drive the change and to contiuously improve how Agile Values are applied.
- Based on feedback from the teams and the line organisations, drive or support continous improvement of the way of working, both related to the Global Processes and tools and capabilities.
The scope of the Agile Expert in not limited to one or few teams but includes the full Department.
Who You Are
We believe you have:
- At least 4 years of experience in mobile application area.
- Engineering degree.
- Been a Certified Scrum Master.
- Extensive experience as a scrum master and at least 2 years of experience within that role.
- Experience on Agile Development Methodologies is a must.
- Experience of managing support/maintenance mixed with development within the same team.
- Experience on Kanban
- Previous experience on mobile application development either in Xamarin or MS Azure will be an added advantage.
- Experience of working on IoT e.g. Smart Boards and HoloLenses will be an added advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to manage stakeholders at different levels and roles within and outside of the Global IM.
- Strong verbal English ability. Strong integration with colleagues, users and business partners around the world. Strong-accented or poor verbal English makes it difficult to communicate with colleagues and could jeopardize work deliverables.
- Sensitivity to differences in culture, yet able to put work as a priority in an ap-propriate way when dealing with colleagues across cultures and borders.
- Experience in general Project Management in a global organization is a plus
- Been result-oriented & concluding work ethic to always deliver on-time, on-scope and on-budget.
- Proven ability to be business-focused, customer & service minded.
- Self-motivation with a passion to learn new things.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage stressful situations confidently & ef-fectively.
- Ability to be a team player who is also able to work independently on problems & issues.
