Be responsible for the day-to-day administration and operation support for processes in your area of responsibility and will deliver them within agreed to deadlines and ensure service quality is maintained. You will ensure that all activities comply with standard operating procedures and legal requirements, including data privacy considerations and work with other team members to ensure that end-to-end processes are efficient and accurate, including data input and maintenance. You will deal with access requests/issues and identify and act on continuous improvement opportunities.

Accounts Payable Analyst ensure to cater the requirement of new payment term Regulations as expected legally and sets the standards for the processes and directs and guides the execution of all changes related to the optimization, evolution and improvement of the pay processes in Mondelez.
What you need to know about this position:
‘The responsibilities are applicable to all EU Directives countries with regards to Payment Terms and UK Brexit requirements
- Daily operational requirement with regards to EU payment term directives & Brexit.
- Monitoring the service provider performance with regards to EU payment term directives & Brexit.
- Deep dive analysis on basic and Next generation metrics / KPI’s like Paid on Time, Overdues, Rejections etc.,
- Accounts Payable Subject Matter Expertise.
- Handling Accounts Payable exceptions.
- Handling E-Invoicing Escalations.
- Handling query management.
- Handling day to day fire fighting’s.
- Communicate with required internal and external departments to get things done.
- Acting PMO between departments represent AP.
- Support on Next Generation KPI as and when required.
