This role will be based out of Chakan, Pune
What you will do
- Manage co-ordination between employees and banks for Citibank credit card administration programme (facilitation issuance of credit cards, cancellation of credit cards etc.)
- Co-ordinate issue resolution for credit card feeds in Concur
- Be single point of contact for employees and bank for any issues faced
- Monitor aged credit card feeds not assigned to expense reports in Concur and drive corrective action
- Assign central travel account card feeds to the correct employee for entries where employee is missing
- Drive Process compliance and improvements
We believe you have
Qualifications
- Finance Graduate from a reputed college / MBA Finance
Language Skills:
- English
- Working knowledge of any foreign language is added advantage
Other requirements :
- A valid Passport would be required for documentation purposes.
