ITC Royal Bengal’s Gourmet unveiled a brand new Chaat Box, having an array of delectables coming handy in carry-size of a box. Already well-acclaimed as world-class hospitality serving mouthwatering chaat recipes, this is the company’s new step towards pushing its own bar higher.
The facility now allows the ‘Order in Chaat Box’ option serving a range of eateries like fuchkas, vadas, kachoris, and other tounge-soothing bingeworthies.
The box is an accompaniment having exemplary flavors of Chaat from Kolkata itself, all the ingredients and eatables are prepared to the highest standards of the company enlisted as “we assure” protocols. This offering from the hospitality is curated at its par to celebrate the joy of converging cultures of different parts of the nation.
The flavors are curated by chef Varun Mohan. The box contains 24 one-of-a-kind range Birange Fuchkas accompanied by two variants of spicy Fuchka Pani, four each of Mirchi Vadas, Mewa Aloo Samosas, Dahi Bhallas and Dal Kachori is accompanied by Aloo Hing Ka Sabji.
Pairing the eatables with chutneys and spices or spiced yogurt or any kind of suitable dip adds the ultimate pour-in to your experience.
The Chaat Box serves 4 people and is priced at Rs 2,500 all-inclusive. It is available on Swiggy and Zomato.
