The event will be held from December 10–13, 2025, at the state-of-the-art India Expo Centre, Greater Noida—a world-class venue with seamless connectivity to Delhi NCR’s airports, metro stations, and major transit hubs. To enhance accessibility, IPAMA is also exploring complimentary shuttle services from Botanical Metro Station, Noida, to the exhibition venue.

Building on Past Success, Expanding for the Future
The inaugural edition of IntraPac India saw 175 exhibitors across 5,167 sq. meters, and the 2025 edition is projected to expand to 12,000 sq. meters, with 300+ exhibitors expected. Already, 74 companies have confirmed their participation.
