We are among some of those wineries that make wine with Riesling which is a well-known grape variety from Germany. The winemaker and viticulturist team has done a fantastic job to prepare a wine of premium quality given that Riesling is a cool climate and delicate grape variety by making sure that the varietal characteristics of the grape variety is preserved along with the complementary aromas and tastes of Indian terroir.”

It is pale yellow colored drink with a bright green tint. It is enriched with fruity and floral notes of peach, pear, and lime blossoms. It is further accompanied with flinty mineral notes. An evolved Riesling typifies fragrances of beeswax and kerosene. Dry in style with a very freshening acidity imparted with tropical fruit flavours offer an ideal mellow mouthfeel. It is fermented and aged in concrete tanks. Served chilled at a temperature of about 8 – 10°C, it goes well with Asian and Indian preparations, seafood like basa fish, oysters, poultry, and vegetables such as eggplants, carrots, bell peppers, and tomato-based dishes. It also pairs well with flavoured soft cow’s milk cheese and dried fruit.

Grover Zampa Vineyards is a heaven for the grape vine afficionados, has numerous and zooming art wine collection to choose from and boost the individual’s Vigour several times.
