Godrej Veg Oils notified the launch of a virtual recipe book ‘Sahi Shuruaat’. This first edition is a collection of 50 distinct and simple vegetarian recipes by expert chefs and culinary students.

The product portfolio encompasses a wide array of edible oils such as Sunflower Oil, Rice Bran Oil, Filtered Groundnut Oil, Refined Groundnut Oil and Refined Soyabean Oil. To exhibit the variants of cooking oil, Godrej has also unveiled a series of video recipes by Chef Varun Inamdar, two times national award winner.

Any function or occasion in India remains deficient without a special delicacy for every celebration. While every dish is distinct in terms of ingredients, texture, taste, the cooking method often gets initiated with one main ingredient, cooking oil. The cookbook brings the emphasis on cooking oil which is required to prepare that ideal dish.

Sujit Patil, vice president and head, corporate brand and communication at Godrej Industries Limited and Associate Companies stated- “With the increase in interest to experiment with various recipes, ‘Sahi Shuruaat’ targets to offer food lovers an ideal kick to the festive season with recipes that are simple to cook and cherish the togetherness with family. Chef Varun Inamdar asserted- “The liking for traditional recipes is very strong and the festival special recipes that I am formulating with Godrej Veg Oils are some of most preferred. This first edition of the recipe book is the consequence of partnership with Chef Aditi Mehta, Chef Kumresh Naidu, Chef Kamlesh Salve and food aficionado, Utpal Khot. It incorporates few traditional and contemporary recipes such as Kesari Gujiya,Roulasi kebab, Badal Jaam, Quinoa Kashmiri Pulao, Motiyon wale Gulgule, Mushroom bomb with Dill dip, Soya chunk lollypop and few more.
