Dineout has planned to diversify its portfolio of live events with the acquisition of the nation’s largest event and experience curator, SteppinOut. This will allow the brand to host several types of offline experiences including food festivals, live comedy events, movie nights, night markets, and many more. This is also a step further in the company’s goal of creating memorable experiences while expanding its overall value proposition to pan-India consumers. This is the 5th acquisition for the company following Resto, Torqus, Gourmet Passport and Binge Digital.
The synergies of these brands will permit the company to design a unique experience for its users. With the company hosting 1000s of restaurant partners, and the brand hosting new and creative events, the coming together of the platforms is a service that no other brand in the country will be able to provide.

– Dineout SteppinOut Comedy Nights – We all could use a good laughter dose as normalcy returns. Featuring some of India’s most loved stand-up comedians like Akash Gupta, Gaurav Kapur, Nishant Suri, Rahul Dua, and many others.
– Dineout SteppinOut Food Festivals – Brings together all food aficionados under the same roof to immerse into assorted menus and beverages from the city’s top restaurants and chefs.
– Dineout SteppinOut Movie Nights: Bringing back watching movies under the stars served with food and drinks following hygienic and social distancing norms.
Through this acquisition, the company is one step closer to offline diversification, adding an omnichannel ecosystem in its bouquet to provide the best of both worlds to the patrons. The collaboration also gives a push to the partnership that the brands have since the last five years.
