ChickP Protein Ltd has announced about deploying all of its resources in production of 90% Chick Pea isolate. Parallely company has embarked on its massive expansion plans under which company has collaborated with Socious Ingredients, Inc.
Company has zoomed its quantity and quality based production marking 20 metric tonnes in a day and 5000 tonnes a year production of its much sought after product ChickPea Isolate. ChickPea isolate is completely allergen free and Non-GMO based product as claimed by company.
ChickP Proteins has proposed that product is completely safe and accrue a substantial amount of nutritional boost to our daily requirements and alternative for daily Gluten based and high sugar content products as well.
Ron Klein, CEO, ChickP, said, “We have established a modern, BRC certified food facility, where we have applied proprietary technology for the production of high-value, clean-label chickpea protein. We’ve already attracted considerable interest from major food brands, and this month alone welcomed a number of production commitments from several new customers.”
The company is currently partnering with several food companies on specialised projects to develop the North American market for plant-based innovations. “Socius has exemplary protein application expertise and, with a state-of-the-art technical center in Chicago, boasts strong connections to manufacturers of plant-based products. We’re strategising with Socius to explore the many creative possibilities for producing chickpea protein-based prototypes,” said Klein.
