Even after the relief in nationwide lockdown limitation to a great extent, many people still prefer to cook and enjoy feast at home. Simultaneously, there is also a rising demand for devouring thrilling, restaurant-style delicacies. To assist people having easy accessibility to innumerable, mouth-watering recipes, Capital Foods, the parent company of Ching’s Secret and Smith and Jones, recently launched a recipe e-book titled ‘Global Khana Desi Tadka’.

Complying with the company’s ambition of bringing enjoyment to each meal of the day, the e-book has been designed to incorporate more than 50 quick, flavourful, and creative dishes that can be prepared at home. Over years, we have worked with some of the best chefs of our country to punctiliously curate thrilling dishes that can be prepared by anyone – even those who have just started cooking during the lockdown period. As people are rediscovering the joys of cooking at home, we planned to release an e-book of recipes that is within the reach of everyone and can be downloaded free of cost.”

He further said- “Now-a-days, people look for heterogeneity in their food. The demand for global cuisines has risen greatly and many people even adopt international dishes to suit local tastes. Our products such as Schezwan Chutney, Desi Chinese masalas, pasta masala, and ginger-garlic paste provide flexibility to home-cooking. In addition, as they are easy to use, anyone can make a range of global as well as local dishes.”

The e-book has been categorized into divisions like vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes, chef recommended favourites and product-based recipes such as Schezwan Corn Cheese Balls and Schezwan Idli prepared using Schezwan Chutney.
