Simultaneously, there is also a rising demand for devouring thrilling, restaurant-style delicacies. To assist people having easy accessibility to innumerable, mouth-watering recipes, Capital Foods, the parent company of Ching’s Secret and Smith and Jones, recently launched a recipe e-book titled ‘Global Khana Desi Tadka’.
Complying with the company’s ambition of bringing enjoyment to each meal of the day, the e-book has been designed to incorporate more than 50 quick, flavourful, and creative dishes that can be prepared at home. Compiled in both Hindi and English, the e-book provides an interactive experience with clickable links to demonstrative videos that explain the procedures to cook the dishes.
The company has partnered with a number of chefs in the past to design and release recipe videos on the Ching’s Secret YouTube channel, which have earned more than 10 million views and is having about 3.4 lakh subscribers. The recipe e-book encompasses recipes by some of the top professional chefs of the country such as Ajay Chopra, Harpal Singh Sokhi, Ranveer Brar, Saransh Goila, and Vicky Ratnani.

As people are rediscovering the joys of cooking at home, we planned to release an e-book of recipes that is within the reach of everyone and can be downloaded free of cost.”

The e-book has been categorized into divisions like vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes, chef recommended favourites and product-based recipes such as Schezwan Corn Cheese Balls and Schezwan Idli prepared using Schezwan Chutney.
