Brenntag, the global market leader in chemical and ingredients distribution, has announced that it has renewed its distribution agreement with Syensqo, the Belgian multinational materials company specializing in advanced materials and specialty chemicals, to bring high-quality and sustainable aroma products, in particular Rhovanil® Vanillin and Rhodiarome® Ethylvanillin to customers across Southeast Asia, Australia, New Zealand, and Taiwan.
Rhovanil® (Vanillin) and Rhodiarome® (Ethylvanillin) are flavoring agents commonly used in the food, beverage, and fragrance industries.
- Rhovanil® (Vanillin): The primary component of vanilla flavor; it provides a warm, sweet, and creamy vanilla taste.
- Rhodiarome® (Ethylvanillin): A synthetic vanilla flavoring that is 3 to 4 times more potent than vanillin. It has a stronger, more intense vanilla aroma and is often used in applications where a powerful vanilla profile is desired.
The renewed partnership strengthens the long-standing collaboration between Brenntag and Syensqo, ensuring continued access to premium aroma products for key segments in the food and beverage markets, such as bakery and premix, chocolate, dairy, confectionery, and instant powder drinks.
“We highly value our collaboration with Brenntag. This renewed distributor agreement underscores our trust in Brenntag’s solid commitment to expanding our market reach in Asia Pacific by providing high-quality aroma products and exploring new opportunities to meet evolving customer demands.”
Christophe Cartier, Aroma Market Director, Syensqo
