After successfully doing his degree in Bachelor of Hotel Management in Hospitality, the prodigy begun his career with The Oberoi Grand Kolkata in 2009 as a Commis chef and then moved to The Oberoi Delhi as Chef De Partie in 2012. He later became a part of The Leela Palace Bangalore as a Kitchen Executive in 2014.
Bhaskar Chakraborty has also rendered service to The Oberoi Group Mauritius in 2014 and One and Only Royal Mirage, Dubai in 2016 as Sous Chef Pastry where he was responsible for looking after the pastry division for 17 restaurants. Before joining JW Marriott Kolkata, this culinary expert also played a crucial role in Sheraton Grand Hotel and Convention centre Bengaluru in 2018 as a Pastry Chef where he brought out his global prowess.
