      Americold, a global leader in temperature-controlled logistics, has completed a major solar panel installation at its Lurgan facility. This project reinforces Americold’s commitment to sustainability and operational excellence, ensuring long-term efficiency in the region.

      The new solar energy system will generate 616 MWh per year, covering 21% of the site’s energy needs and avoiding greenhouse gas emissions by 225 MTCO2e each year. This aligns with Americold’s broader sustainability goals, supporting global efforts to minimize environmental impact.
