An expert and proficient ex-employee of Accenture, Athina Kanioura has been appointed to the new post of Executive VP and Chief Strategy and Transformation Officer at PepsiCo.
She had been for 15 years with Accenture, a global consultancy, rising to the post of chief analytics officer and global head of applied intelligence. She has also worked with several other leading companies such as P&G, Unilever, Philip Morris, Vodafone and BP.
She will be directly reporting to the CEO of PepsiCo., Ramon Laguarta. Her job at PepsiCo. has been explained in a company release as leading “PepsiCo’s end-to-end game-plan to win both as a total company and in key markets, including the company’s digitalisation and data strategy.”
